May 2008 we traveled to Alaska VIA the Holland America Ryndam cruise ship.  Starting at Vancouver Canada, along the way we stopped at Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan.   The weather was far less than corporative with rain a good portion of the time.   Some pictures were just not possible due to the weather even using weather covers for our Canon 20d cameras.  Some pictures were only possible using a small water proof camera.    The final set of pictures in Ketchikan are of two eagles fighting in the air!  A sight rarely caught by the camera!
